i'm an idiot. i thought i had rented the pianist or whatever with holly hunter and instead i'd accidentally rented "the piano teacher" which is a french film that doesn't take place in new zealand. but i have no idea until i'm 20 minutes into it and think maybe this a present day part and that the new zealond part will eventually come. i'm too lazy to go look at the cover to verify if this is the right/wrong film.
sorry to make everyone read this barf of a thread. but new is better than nothing in this forum.
this movie is totally f-ed up. the teacher goes crazy, lives with her mom and then trys to make out with her! that's just the tip of the icebereg with this flick. in short, don't rent it.
