Thought it was extremely well done -- acting (look for Jamie Foxx to get an Oscar nomination), directing, cinematography, music. The weakest part was the script. Biopics are difficult -- it's hard not to make a life story seem episodic, and it's tough to tell someone's life story in under two hours. In the case of RAY, this movie felt painfully long (152 minutes long) and completely episodic. I'd recommend seeing it, though be prepared for the last 45 minutes to really drag. Anybody else see it?
