Not meaning the best directed or best acting but which movie best captures the spirit, setting, and background for the 80s?

I didn't read the question all of the way through. I'm going to have to change my answer to ST. ELMO's FIRE. That's complete-80s.

I think either The Breakfast Club, Pretty In Pink, Or Weird Science! Those are my top favorites! Anybody like any of those?

Weird Science is the coolest movie ever. Favorite scene, other than every one with the hottie, is when the brother turns into a frog.

The Wraith, with Charlie Sheen is awsomley Horrible 80's style! He drives this Dodge Concept Car that Kills people, and one of the bad guys is addicted to drinking hydrolic fluid. Overall 8 out of 10.
