Just saw this movie and wanted to let everyone know how much I enjoyed it. Every emotion came out of me during this movie, which usually = GOOD MOVIE and did so on this occassion. I'm surprised that more people have not been talking about this movie, but then again I'm not surprised because this is one of those gems that slips by the mainstream public and therefore, does not get overexposed, overquoted, etc. This is good, from a viewer's standpoint, I guess. Pig Vomit was great as he was in American Splendor. This Church fellar is quite hilarious. And Sandra Oh, Oh, Oh, yes mamasitA! KonichewA!! was a'nice a.
Anyways, I thought it was a really cool movie and would surely recommend it.

Well, you might have to wait until it comes out on rental. But when it does, you should definitely check it out. I live in a big city, so there is usually somewhere that plays all the Indie films or what not. Small/Medium cities tend to get hosed on some quality films that don't have the capacity to the show movies that won't bring in a huge buck. But then again, in smaller cities when you do go to a movie you have less of a chance that there's ALWAYS SOMEONE IN THE CROWD WHO WON'T SHUT THE #UCK UP!!! This is one of the most annoying things I can think of. I'm going to start pulling a Kastanza, like in the episode where he does everything opposite of his usual self, and lay it down. This is just plain rude when people talk throughout the movie.

As of this week it's only playing in 66 theaters. This coming weekend it should be playing in 16 additional cities, bringing the number of theaters up to the 200-300 range. Sucks you have to wait, but be patient. The movie is good enough and will be successful enough that it should show up in most areas across the country. Anyone who regularly reads this column knows I can't recommend this film strongly enough. According to Rottentomatoes.com , it's received 95 positive reviews compared to only 1 negative review!
