What happens if you lose or break one of the DVDs before shipping it back?

Got a membership for xmas and am just curious because I am prone to break stuff like that.

I'm sure if you do break a DVD as long as you just don't say anything about it and just mail it back they will assume it was broken in the mail.

Netflix is very tolerant of lost DVDs, you can "lose" like three of them before they do anything about it. Same probably goes for broken merchandise.
