If you're interested in film making there's an interesting documentary of the making of COLD MOUNTAIN that's on a bonus CD when you rent it. They take you through the entire process with the screenwriters, editors, cinematographers, music score, costume designers, dialect coaches, casting, scouting, etc.

Has anybody have any other film documentary "making of the film" recommendations? I saw one for APOCOLYPSE NOW back in high school that was cool. Coppola filmed that and the documentary part, I think.
