Does everyone realize this? I went to drop off a DVD and realized that I no longer could be the jerk that I was to not rewind a tape. They take all of the fun out of it. The only thing left is late fees if you refuse Netflix.
On another annoying note, I saw CASANOVA. I can't believe there's this many people in a cliche (of what era, I know not) movie. Jeremy Irons, Heath Leager, Sienna Miller, the fat guy from Benny & June, and others present themselves. It's not bad. It leaves you entertained but it's the kind of movie that needed to be in subtitles. I didn't need to watch it in English. I got the point.
I actually have a DVD I bought that had a "Be kind please Rewind" sticker on the case. I think this was in the era of transition between VHS and DVD. Wow how far we've come.
